Hesap Silme / Account Deletion
Hesabinizi Nasil Silebilirsiniz?
Atlantic Player hesabinizi ve iliskili tum verilerinizi kalici olarak silmek icin asagidaki yontemlerden birini kullanabilirsiniz:
Yontem 1: Uygulama Icinden
- Atlantic Player uygulamasini acin
- Ayarlar ekranina gidin (sag ust kosedeki disli ikonu)
- "Cikis Yap" butonuna basin
- Onay dialogunda "Evet, Cikis Yap" secin
Cikis yaptiginizda bulut verileriniz (favoriler, ayarlar, yedekler) otomatik olarak silinir.
Yontem 2: E-posta ile Talep
Tum verilerinizin kalici olarak silinmesini talep etmek icin asagidaki adrese e-posta gonderin:
Talebiniz en gec 7 is gunu icinde islenecektir.
Silinen Veriler
- Hesap bilgileri (e-posta, profil)
- Bulut yedekleri (favoriler, playlist bilgileri)
- Cihaz aktivasyon kayitlari
- Satin alma gecmisi (Google Play tarafindan yonetilir)
Saklanan Veriler
- Anonimlestirilmis cokme raporlari (Firebase Crashlytics — 90 gun sonra otomatik silinir)
- Google Play satin alma islemleri (Google tarafindan yonetilir)
How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Atlantic Player account and all associated data using one of the following methods:
Method 1: From Within the App
- Open the Atlantic Player app
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Tap "Sign Out"
- Confirm by selecting "Yes, Sign Out"
When you sign out, your cloud data (favorites, settings, backups) is automatically deleted.
Method 2: Email Request
To request permanent deletion of all your data, send an email to:
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (email, profile)
- Cloud backups (favorites, playlist data)
- Device activation records
- Purchase history (managed by Google Play)
Data That May Be Retained
- Anonymized crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics — auto-deleted after 90 days)
- Google Play purchase transactions (managed by Google)
